Shouji Saeki (佐伯 昭志?, Saeki Shouji) is a Japanese director for FLCL. He is the director of the episodes Marquis de Carabas and Brittle Bullet. He also provided storyboards for Marquis de Carabas, in-between animation as part of GAINAX, and key animation.
Hitman Reborn is an example of an anime basically switching genres in the middle of its run. The first year-plus of the manga was basically a comedy manga, where Tsuna uses the Dying Will bullets that give him his powers just for jokes. This translates to the first thirty episodes of the anime having the same problem.
