Plot summary

Meanwhile, Raj (Sunil Shetty) and Prem (Akshay Kumar) are the sons of honest police officer Devraj (Prem Chopra), who is killed by Dhaneshwar's men while trying to arrest Singhania. Raj and Prem grow up to be brave and loyal to their father's ideals. They join forces with Singhania to fight against Dhaneshwar and his gang. Raj falls in love with Kajal (Karisma Kapoor), Singhania's sister, while Prem falls in love with Pooja (Sonali Bendre), a journalist.
