What's the best piece of advice you've ever been given?
Hmm.. That's a tough one! Something my own therapist told me, "You already have everything you need to achieve the life you desire." Now don't go telling on me if I use that in session (lol!)
If you had your own late night talk show, who's invited as your first guest?
I'm totally inspired (and slightly obsessed) with Issa Rae! I'd recap all things Awkward Black Girl to Insecure and maybe join her on a rap-cypher (no, I can't rap).
What's your "go-to" karaoke song?
It's a toss-up between "Crush on You" by Lil' Kim and "Ain't No Mountain High Enough" by Marvin Gaye... balance.
If you weren't doing therapy, what would be your dream job?
My goal in life is the be the "Anthony Bourdain of Wellness," but until then, it would be really dope to be a reality TV therapist
