Insurance

Our therapists are in-network with Cigna, Aetna, United Behavioral Health and BCBS/Carefirst insurance plans. Please be sure to verify your benefits prior to your first appointment to inquire about your copay, co-insurance, and/or deductibles that may apply. You may contact our office at NiaNoire@BehavioralBill.com for assistance in verifying benefits for in and out of network services. Many insurance plans cover teletherapy however we strongly encourage you to contact your insurance provider to clarify your specific coverage.

Rates

Session rates start at $150 for 50-minute individual therapy sessions. Please contact us for additional rates and service details

Self-Pay

We are a cashless practice!  We accept American Express, Visa, and Mastercard (including FSA/HSA debit cards) for services. For those clients who prefer not to use insurance or whose plans we are not preferred providers of, we are happy to provide a monthly statement. You can use this monthly statement to submit to your insurance, health savings or flex spending account for reimbursement.

Policies

Payment is due at the time of service and future appointments may be postponed if you have an unpaid balance that exceeds $200. This applies to both self-pay and insured clients.

• Self Pay clients are required to pay a one-time non-refundable deposit of $25, it will be applied to your first service.

  • If you are self pay, a non-refundable $25 deposit and admin fee will be charged prior to being added to the Therapist’s schedule. The remaining fee will be charged within 2 business days of your completed appointment.

• If you are using insurance, an admin fee will be charged prior to being added to the Therapist’s schedule. The quoted copay/deductible/co-insurance amount will be charged within 2 business days of your completed  appointment.
